Here is a recipe that uses a secret ingredient to make these brownies grain-free and gluten-free.  Any guesses?

 Keep reading to find out...

Here is what you are going to need:

- 15 ounces or 2 cups of black beans
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

1.  Preheat the oven to 350. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.  In a food processor or a blender put in all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.

2. Blend it all together until it is very smooth.

3. Stir in the chocolate chips.

4. Grease an 8x8 baking dish or muffin tin. I'm using this fun flower pan I have.

5. Spoon in the batter and bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes depending on what kind of baking dish you use.

6. They will be done when a you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Yum!!  If you don't let people in on the secret ingredient, they may never know.... you can't taste the black beans, all that you taste is the delicious brownies!  Give them a try!!
